Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Delivery conditions
   Unless otherwise agreed with the customer, the shipping costs listed under "Shipping costs" apply. As a rule, we deliver within 2 and 10 working days if the goods are available from stock. Depending on the delivery location. If, for logistical reasons, or part of an order is not available from stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries. 2. Order
   Secret Star GmbH delivers orders against the payment options listed in the payment methods. In Switzerland, all sales prices include statutory VAT. Deliveries abroad are tax-free (excluding VAT). VAT is included in all prices stated on the website. Secret Star GmbH reserves the right to refuse orders without a reason. In this case the customer will be informed.
    
3. Conclusion of the contract
   The buyer undertakes to carry out the order according to the conditions stated on the website. Secret Star GmbH must be informed immediately of any errors in an order. If the order is already being processed, additional costs of 15.00 euros will be charged
    
4. Transfer of ownership
   Your order will be processed after receipt of payment and delivered as quickly as possible.
    
5. Prices and offer
   Swiss orders must be ordered in CHF.
   International orders must be ordered in EUR.
   All offers and prices on the website are non-binding and without guarantee. Errors or changes to the goods and prices are reserved.
    
6. Disclaimer of Liability
   All products sold by Secret Star GmbH are subject to the strictest controls by the respective manufacturer. For this reason, the respective manufacturer is exclusively liable for the quality of his products. With your order you confirm that Secret Star GmbH cannot be prosecuted for any complaints or complications.
    
7. Complaints / withdrawal
   Complaints must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of the goods by the customer. In the event of defects within the warranty period, the customer must inform Secret Star GmbH immediately after becoming aware of the defect and return it to Secret Star GmbH with the original purchase receipt and a precise description of the defects. When returning the product, it must arrive at Secret Star GmbH either in the original packaging or in perfect packaging. If you provide us with defects in the delivered goods, we will either pay for the rectification of the defect or for the replacement delivery. If we do not succeed in this, you have the right, at your discretion, to cancel the purchase of the product complained of or to reduce the purchase price.
    
8. Intellectual property / copyright
   Secret Star GmbH reserves all rights for the design and graphics on its website. The processing, copying or distribution of the entire website or parts of this website is only permitted for the purpose of placing an order with the seller. All trademarks, product names or company names or logos quoted on this website are the sole property of their respective owners. Secret Star GmbH reserves the property rights and copyrights to images, drawings, calculations and other documents. Before passing them on to third parties, the customer requires the express written consent of Secret Star GmbH.
    
9. Data protection
   The seller guarantees that he will observe the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act and the relevant legal norms when collecting, processing and using personal data. The customer data generated during the order processing are only used for internal market research purposes. A transfer to third partner companies takes place only to the extent necessary for the proper provision of services (order processing) as well as in the case of collection.
